This policy explains how NKMK Digital Co. ("we", "us") handles information in the apps and websites we publish. Our approach is simple: collect as little as possible, use it only to make the product work, and never sell it.

Information we collect

Our apps are designed to work without an account and to keep your data on your device. Where an app needs to store or sync data, we describe that in the app and on its App Store listing. Depending on the app, we may process:

• Content you create in the app. Stored on your device, or in your own iCloud account if the app offers sync. We cannot read data stored in your iCloud account.
• Messages you send us. If you email support, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message.
• Diagnostics you choose to share. If you opt in to share analytics with app developers in your device settings, Apple may provide us with aggregated, anonymized usage and crash data. We use it only to find and fix problems.

How we use information

We use information only to provide, maintain, and improve our apps and to respond to you. We do not sell your personal information, share it with data brokers, or use it for advertising.

Third-party services

Some features rely on platform services, such as Apple's App Store, iCloud, and in-app purchases. Those services are governed by their providers' own privacy policies. If an app uses any other third-party service that processes your data, we name it in that app's App Store privacy details.

Data retention

Data stored on your device stays there until you delete it or remove the app. We keep support emails only as long as we need them to help you, and delete them on request.

Children's privacy

Our apps are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Your choices

You can delete app data at any time by removing the app. You can turn off sharing analytics with developers in your device settings. To ask about or delete any information we hold about you, email us.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will also be noted in the affected app's release notes.
